Wyoming Visit!

Visiting Wyoming was the BEST TRIP EVER!!!! It was a vacation within a vacation and I just have to say--my sister Kami is NOT afraid of a little/LOT hard work and she's got some serious skill in navigating massive exhibitions. 

I do have to say, we fought something like 40mph winds on our way home from canoeing and had to stop multiple times to readjust her canoe and it *still* scraped the paint of her brand new suburban. I am so, so sorry. But I couldn't have helped that. What I could have helped is with her phone. That died in the water when submerged due to my erroneous judgement call. I am forever sorry Kami.

On a higher note--this canoe day was EPIC and so much fun I want to go again this summer. My kids were actually afraid which totally surprised me (they paddle around in the ocean with big waves all the time???) which I think was due to the current. 

On top of it all, Kami bought us ice cream, stayed up watching hilarious movies with me (if you haven't seen a Man called Uncle ...I was dying. Also Emma.), and because she has incredible sewing skills my kids were dressing up constantly. Also Legos.
