The world's most gorgeous sunset that everyone took pictures of but none can do it justice. |
This is actually from the very first night. We had Grandparent Stories around the fire. It was really, really awesome actually. Probably my favorite thing. S'mores got a little intense--I'm glad so many adults were willing to pitch in when handing out hot, pokey sticks and sticky marshmallows. |

Dad telling stories. |

The kids lined up for the Superhero Championship. |
One morning we decorated superhero shields. I grossly miscalculated which age ranges would be interested in this, haha. I bought frisbees for ages 10 and under. But all the teenagers wanted one too! |
The teenage boys changing out the laser tag gun batteries. Thanks guys! |
Superhero shields! |
We also made necklaces and bracelets. I was going to do superhero colors...but the kids just enjoyed it as an activity and that's good. Chezney still had her anklet on when I left at the end of August! |

Ruthie and Will hanging with the big kids on the floating island. |

Kayaking! |
The lake really was so beautiful! And apparently Ethan got some great fishing in, so that's fun! |
Will loves little boats. He could have lived in the canoe. Huge shout out to all the moms and teenagers who spent time watching Will at the lake while I was busy with Russ or doing something else!! |
Natalie and Ruth! |
We did s'mores again the night after karaoke. You can never have enough s'mores. |

It was awesome. Awesome to see everyone. I'll be happy next time when I'm not in charge of so many things :)
