For some reason these pics got forgotten back in August and so we are going back a bit. Marlowe's wife Rachel works at SeaQuest and so she took us for free on a tour given by her! She advised having it be a little bit more one-on-one, but we wanted some cousin time after driving up to Layton, so it was pretty chaotic and also--such a blast! She told us all sorts of things that we didn't know about lizards and fish and turtles. The kids got to feed ALL of the animals because she gave us so so many coins--which was so much fun. | This mermaid was the real deal. Look at Ruthie's adoration! She told them a really amazing story and then at the end they had to make a special wish on a sea shell and she blew on them and then sang over them, and they got to keep them. |
