Ruth Baptism

Ruth was baptized by her dad and confirmed by her Grandpa Jack Rasmussen a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Saturday, August 3rd 2019. It was beautiful and wonderful and made me cry and feel all the really good feelings of having SUCH an amazing family there (both sides!) to support our beautiful girl and knowing that she was making such a wonderful decision and feeling the spirit so strong.

The very first thing she said to me as she walked up the stairs and into the bathroom was "That felt reeeeeeally good, I want to do it again!" She was thrilled that so many of her cousins and friends could be there. She was beaming.

I thought I was fairly prepared. Turns out, things took longer to set up than I'd imagined. But she got her ice cream sundaes and everyone enjoyed them!

Chantelle came with her girls--specifically Olivia, we went to her baptism at the beginning of the summer, and I'm so glad these girls have each other!
