Moisten the eyes

We had to read a book called the Energy Bus at our work recently, and we just finished this week, and then had a three day Work Retreat. In the book there was a line that said something about how we interact with people, and if we aren't having experiences that 'moisten the eyes' they aren't important enough. So...watch this video.
