Last Day of Swim Lessons

Molly is in the yellow life jacket.
I had no idea that they were doing this (maybe I should read the emails they send more thoroughly) but on the last day of swim lessons they let the kids learn how to use the oars and then when they had floated around for a while, they went and capsized them and taught them to swim to shore. It was really fun--my kids LOVED it! We had such a great swim lesson session this spring--I want to go back this fall with a specific teacher for Ruth and Will (Will passed up a level so they'll be in the same level now) because she was just so awesome with them. At the end, I was helping Will put his shoes on and realized there was blood everywhere, and he had a massive cut on his big toe--and there were prints of blood all along where he walked. I felt bad because they have to go through this whole cleaning process because it's a public pool, but they were so nice about it, and bandaged him all up and were just so great. Thank you YMCA, for great swim lessons!

Will is in the back. He was grinning the ENTIRE time!

I sat there a took a million pictures of the cutest little Russell man there ever was!!!

That little dimple in his cheek!!! All the heart eyes!!!

He makes this CRAZY smile face whenever he thinks he is being funny. He will even hold his mouth just like that and look around to make sure you are watching him. It is hysterical.

And Ruthie's turn!!!!
