Around Easter (swimming, dyeing eggs and Easter morning!)

We've seen a lot of red cardinals, blue jays, wood peckers (who knew they were so pretty?!), and other fun things this spring in our neighborhood!
I really love playgroup every Wednesday morning. It's a highlight and gets Russell out to the park. Win, win.

More playgroup kids!

Will really loves his blue owl, so much so that when the kids earned a reward, he picked out a 'baby owl' of the exact same kind! His favorite games lately are often finding or building houses and beds for owl to live in.

DAD CAME TO THE POOL! I can't remember now why Sterling was available for an afternoon---but I do remember how excited we were to see daddy for a minute! This spring of 4th year was not for the faint of heart.

Playing with their good friend Deanna!

Of course Russ, who never wants to get in the water with me, jumped right in for daddy!

Wouldn't be real life without some dr visits, right?

I love dyeing Easter eggs! One of my very favorite things for Easter! This year we also got an easter nesting egg that taught the week of Jesus Christ's life and it was so so good.

We had a stake easter activity. It was soooo hot. But the kids always love face painting!

Coming down to look for their eggs!
