MCAT

After a long, miserable, no-seeing-my-husband-because-all-he-did-was-study kind of a summer, it feels REALLY good to know:

He got his MCAT scores back tonight, and he did great!!!! He got a 31. Which is pretty competitive for getting into most medical schools, and means that we spent a good portion of our night looking at the list on wikipedia. :)

We also went to Famous Dave's BBQ, where Sterling basked in the wonder of eating ribs AND buffalo wings at the SAME TIME. When I told our waiter we were celebrating a good result on the mcat, he said he was pre-med and gave us a FREE hot fudge sundae! (and the hot fudge was the best I have tasted in a long time! SO YUMMY!) Which pretty much just topped the night off perfectly!

So...until fall of 2014 we'll be eagerly thinking about the U, or Louisville KY, or AZ, or TX, or MN, or WA, or ALL SORTS OF PLACES! I am just SO HAPPY for Sterling and that all his hard work paid off! Yay for a little bit of time without worry and just focusing on a normal semester of classes. And a huge sigh of relief.
